The Challenge
The Indian Dental Association (Kerala State) wanted to help their members go digital in terms of electronic health records for patients and general digitization of their clinics and practices. In addition, they wanted a platform to be able to communicate to their members of important issues, events and professional information from key leadership with permissions based on leadership positions. A final key requirement was to also be able to restrict access to members only by accessing an existing membership verification system.
The Solution
XIlligence built a platform that integrated both the association functionality with a clinic management system and that additionally had roles based communication management for IDA Kerala leadership from various chapters across the state.
The final platform included mobile apps for iOS and Android in addition to being accessible by a web application.
Ultimately the IDA received a unique solution that gave their members useful software for both their business and professional career.
